Designed specifically for cool and wet conditions, the Japanther MTNprovides a high level of water resistance, moisture regulation andcomfort in a performance cycling shoe.
The 2017 japather looks nearly identical to the 2016 version, but receives an entirely re-developed upper pattern to properly fit ankles on each size. Foam in tongue changes from a firm 40 durometer EVA, to a super soft 15 durometer SBR foam. Placement of top lace eyelet and tongue gusset adjusted to remove overlapping layers that create hotspots on top of the foot. Some of the fit issues we saw this year will not be an issue for the coming season.
