This specific Caledonia-5 frameset is brand new in box, and the carbon frame and fork are packaged with Cervélo SP24 carbon seatpost, headset, thru axles and small build parts. The frame does not include stem or handlebars, but those components are not proprietary to the frame, so you may run the stem and bars of your choice.
