Carradice Bagman QR Clamp and Adapter 676-132

This is simply the Quick Reasease portion of the quick release versions of the Bagman Supports.  It has 100% of the easy attach or dettach functionality, but 0% of the support.  It'll let you use a saddlebag even if your saddle has no saddle loops.  It'll also look less dumb when you don't have a bag in tow.
