The Handsome Mud Butler Fender have that hip hammered styling at a reasonable price.  They are fully drilled and come with hardware to accommodate fitment on most 700c rigs.  The 35mm have clearance, Clarence, for up to 28c tires, and the 45mm will fit 38's.
