Pirelli has been making tires/tyres that go on things that go fast for years.  These puppies are no different.  Their trademarked SmartNet Silca compound delivers high rolling efficiency and gription even in wet conditions.  They feature motorsport inspired FGD and ICS technology.  That is Functional Groove Design and Ideal Contour Shaping, in case you were wondering (I was.)  They've thrown in an aramid fiber puncture-resistant belt, to boot!  This particular model, being the "4S" version, has a bit more water shedding tread, making in a great choice in tire/tyre for any-and-all of the four seasons!
