Return Policy (PLEASE READ):

Returns: At benscycle.com we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

For this reason, we allow UNUSED and NEVER INSTALLED product returns with their original packaging and documentation to the address below, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date (NO AUTHORIZATION NEEDED). Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding your return prior to sending the product back to us.

Please include a copy of the order invoice - *failure to do so may delay processing.

Returning your (unused/in original packaging) product, you would need to pay for the returned shipping cost back to us.

Exchanges: Sorry, we do not do exchanges. If you ordered the wrong color, size, or etc., simply return the unused item and order the correct item you need. We will credit your original payment method once we receive your return (See Information on Returns).

Exchange/Returns: At benscycle.net we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we allow UNUSED product returns with their original boxes and documentation, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date.

To return your UNUSED product, you would need to pay for the returned shipping cost back to us. You would need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts. In addition, you must include a copy of the invoice enclosed in the box, marked "Return".

As soon as we receive the product/s your credit card or paypal account will be credited, except for the initial shipping cost, unless the wrong product was shipped by benscycle.com. It can take up to 10-14 business days for your credit to show up on your statement. The time period for refunds to be released from your bank to your card is bank dependent. We have no control over individual bank release of funds.

All return credit will be issued to the Credit Card used to make the purchase, or the Paypal account used to make the purchase.

Mis-Shipped/Defective/Damaged Items (Please Read):

Please contact us before shipping the mis-shipped/defective/damaged or wrong item back to us. We will gladly email you a return shipping label or we will send you a return label with the new/corrected item on mis-shipped items so there is no cost accrued by you.

Backorders:

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will contact you immediately. We take pride in our large ON HAND stock; but sometimes the computer just doesn't work the way we like it to. In addition to our large 10,000+ item on hand inventory, we have the ability to order tens of thousands of other products not listed on our website. If there is something you've seen elsewhere and would like us to get for you, just drop a line through one of the various methods on our contact us page!

Price Matching:

We will try to meet or beat any competitors advertised price. This is not a guarantee, but will will try. This applies to in stock items only, to USA online retailers only and does not apply to Amazon or Ebay type auctions/ads. There is a "PriceMatch" option on every product page.
