If your order meets the above FREE SHIPPING requirements, the option to choose free shipping will be available in the checkout. You will need to select the Free Shipping Option in the Checkout. By choosing the free shipping option you allow us to choose the shipping method that best suites us. In the case of VERY small parts there may not be tracking associated with that shipment. We either ship USPS or UPS depending on package weight/size.

Where free shipping DOES NOT APPLY: Some oversized packages. If you require a package shipped by a certain carrier; please choose the carrier and the cost associated with your choice. Free shipping does NOT apply to expedited/rush shipping services.

**Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Oversized Shipping Notice:

A NOTE ON USPS PRIORITY MAIL 1-DAY, 2-DAY and 3-DAY Services

USPS domestic Priority Mail 1-DAY, 2-DAY and 3-DAY services are location based. The 1-DAY, 2-DAY or 3-DAY service is automatically chosen for you depending on how far your address is from us here in Milwaukee.

USPS domestic Priority Mail 1-DAY, 2-DAY and 3-DAY service is not a guaranteed service.

The designation of USPS domestic Priority Mail 1-DAY, 2-DAY or 3-DAY services is when you can expect your package to arrive; but could be delayed due to weather or other travel/delivery issues.
Do not rely on these "DAY" designations as delays can and will occasionally occur.

If you absolutely need your package in a certain time frame it is necessary to use an expedited service as USPS Express Mail or UPS 1, 2, or 3 day services.

**Our system does not take oversized packages into consideration. Due to this we can't ship oversized packages with ANY expedited service as USPS Express Mail or UPS 1, 2, or 3 day services

International Shipping and Handling Rates

Customs (International):

The declared value for all orders required to clear customs will be for the total of your store purchase. In other words, we will NOT declare a lower purchase price on the shipping form. Each order will be declared as a "Retail Sale" and we will not deviate from this practice. Altering customs documents to declare retail sales as something other than a sale (i.e., to declare as a "gift " or "warranty item") is a crime that carries severe penalties (including both jail sentences and significant fines). To clarify:

• All International packages will be declared the full value of the package. We will NOT declare a lower value.
• All International packages will be declared as "RETAIL SALE". We will NOT declare packages as "GIFT". You are responsible for paying all taxes and brokerage fees, which will be collected at delivery . YOU, as the customer, are responsible for researching these fees. Benscycle.net will NOT be held responsible for any taxes or brokerage fees you may have to pay to get your package from YOUR customs service.

Canadian Shipping & Handling Rates

For the fastest and most economical service we ship most Canadian orders by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees . Since we use U.S. Postal Service these fees are kept to a minimum.

All items shipped to Canada ARE insured. Ben's Cycle will not be responsible for lost mail or packages.

The estimated delivery time for Canadian orders is 10-20 working days depending on the province and the cost is due to size or weight. Any additional costs will be indicated with the item. After items are shipped we cannot guarantee exactly when the items will arrive (delays at customs, etc.).

Additional Shipping Charges:

Certain items may vary in shipping and handling costs due to size or weight. Items with additional costs will be indicated on BensCycle.com. Additionally, some international destinations may possess an additional surcharge. Please e-mail us for an exact shipping rate quote at info@benscycle.com.

Please allow 2 business days for orders to be picked up, we will also call you when your order is ready for pickup. Most items will be available sooner please use the 2 days as guide line.

Please contact us before shipping the mis-shipped or wrong item back to us. We will gladly email you a return shipping label or we will send you a return label with the new/corrected item on mis-shipped items so there is no cost accrued by you.
